Scholarship - Kristian Gerhard Jebsen and Jantzens Fond

Are you a Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish law professional, who wish to improve your qualifications by gaining further international experience? Then the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen and Jantzens Fond scholarship may be something for you!

The fund is administered by Nordisk, and the fund’s purpose is to support Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish lawyers who wish to acquire improved qualifications for practising maritime law through academic research or practical legal experience outside the Nordic countries. Scholarships of various amounts are awarded up to a maximum of approximately NOK 350,000 depending on the length of the scholarship and other terms. Scholarships are primarily provided for traineeships either in London or New York, but also further education within the maritime law fields, such as LLMs may qualify. The deadline for applying is 31 January 2025.
