Our annual seminar will as always examine recent legal developments, but will also take a look at future challenges. As the transition phase of the IMO 2020 sulphur regulations comes to an end, we will explore compliance issues under charter parties as well as in relation to authorities.
In view of our 130th anniversary we will discuss current needs for FD&D, expectations of the services provided with particular focus on the Nordisk model. We will share some lessons learned over the years as we assist our members in an ever changing legal and regulatory environment. A good opportunity for you to tell us what you want. True to tradition we will end the seminar with an interactive session where recent issues affecting bareboat, time and voyage charters will be presented – with the customary audience prediction/critique of the ultimate result.
For all seminars: Registration from 16:30 with seminar between 17.00 and 19:30, followed by finger food and refreshments.
