It should come as no surprise that Nordisk lawyers are busy advising members on Corona-related issues these days. From our side we appreciate both the challenge and the opportunity to assist our members in a meaningful way.
As this mutual effort continues, we wish to highlight that the “devil is in the details” when it comes to assessing and implementing the desired protection in your contracts. To put it simply, the actual wording of your clauses will be critical. That of course is understood by both sides, which in turn leaves everyone in a rather charged environment given the present focus on this issue.
