In this last edition of the Nordisk Circular for 2025,  Clementine Makower and Rituparna Chattopadhyay comment on two recent UK Court decisions concerning the Norwegian Saleform 2012, Vicki Tarbet highlights BIMCO’s amendments to their suite of war clauses and Ola Granhus Mediås covers the EFTA Surveillance Authority’s response to recent changes in Norwegian law governing pay on board foreign flagged vessels operating in Norway.  We conclude with a flavour of the Member seminars early next year.
