Iain Kennedy Joins Nordisk Singapore

We are pleased to announce that Iain Kennedy joined our Nordisk office in Singapore earlier this month.

Iain is an English-qualified solicitor with nearly ten years of experience in maritime law. With a particular focus on charterparty matters and disputes, Iain has a broad experience base also covering bills of lading, COAs, and offshore and wet work. Iain has extensive experience in maritime arbitration, including LMAA and SCMA matters.

Iain graduated with a degree in law from the University of Glasgow before undertaking Master’s degrees in international law at Leiden University in the Netherlands and the College of Europe in Bruges, either side of a year working at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

Iain joined Hill Dickinson LLP in 2016, qualifying there in 2018 and practising in the Marine Business Group of Hill Dickinson in London and Singapore until joining Nordisk in June 2026.
