We do from time to time offer traineeships to students with maritime law experience or interest – and preferably both. We see this as part of the work of future recruitment, so candidates should have strong academic results and be in the second half of their studies.
The traineeships typical last for a four to six week term, where you will work closely with our Norwegian, English and US lawyers on shipping and offshore cases. You will be assigned a mentor who will provide tutoring and guidance. We view the trainee position as an important channel for recruitment.
