At our AGM on May 21 Nils P. Dyvik announced his decision to step down from the Board after 19 years of service, with 7 years as our Chairman. His dedication and personal touch will be greatly missed. In his place we are pleased that Terje Sørensen (picture), who has been a board member since 2010, has taken over the position as Chairman of the Board. As a further consequence of Mr. Dyvik’s departure, we welcome Jan Fredrik Meling, CEO of Eidesvik Offshore ASA, as a new Board member.
