The seminar will review important court decisions and arbitration awards in 2017, as well as other legal developments. Thereafter the presentations, including a mock arbitration, will focus on the impact of unexpected delay in relation to both commencement and completion of charter parties, i.e. the controversial practical and legal topic regarding “clashing engagements”.
For all seminars: Registration from 16:30 with seminar between 17.00 and 19:30, followed by finger food and refreshments.
