Nordisk is pleased to welcome our newest associate, Mats Aas Larsen, to the team in Oslo.
Mats joins us from Wiersholm law firm, where he has been an associate for two years in the corporate / M&A team. Mats graduated from the University of Bergen in 2019 and he also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in international finance law from Queen Mary University.
Mats will principally work within Nordisk’s transactions team, but will also assist members with FD&D advice and litigation.
