We are happy to announce that Eileen Lam has been promoted to new head of our Singapore office, as Managing Director (Singapore). Eileen has been with Nordisk since 2016, and previously worked at leading international law firm Clyde & Co. Before that Eileen trained and practised at the top-tier maritime practice at Singapore law firm Rajah & Tann Asia.

Eileen is qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales and is also admitted to the Singapore Bar.

While at Nordisk she has been involved in all sides of FD&D, multi-jurisdictional proceedings including ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, as well as non-contentious/transactional shipping work.

The former head of Nordisk’s Singapore office, Dirk Janssen, has left to continue his practice as arbitrator and mediator. We thank him for his time at Nordisk and wish him all the best!
